
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer you the opportunity to return it. the return must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery and the item must be in its original condition. we do not offer free returns.
conditions of returns
your returned items must be received at our headquarters within 14 days of receipt.
you may receive a refund of your purchase price before shipping charges, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
we are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or customs, so please collect your tracking information for good measure.
items not allowed to return or exchange
custom products, such as engraved products or special sizes, are non eligible for a return.
we will not accept returns if our inspection reveals that the items have been worn or altered [except for fitting purposes].
the items will be returned to the customer without warning.
conditions to exchange
the items you wish to exchange must reach our office within a maximum of 14 days of receipt. we cover the cost of collection in the event of a refund or product exchange at a credit store.
once we receive the pieces, you will receive a code [gift card] via email with the value of your purchase.
if our inspection reveals that the parts have already been used or modified [excluding tryouts], we will not accept the exchange. items will be returned to the customer without notice.
how to exchange
we offer free return shipping for exchanges.
please follow these steps:
1. contact us via email at customer@cinco-store.com or whatsapp (+351 915780641) in portuguese or in english. we will provide you with a shipping label, as well as an RMA (return merchandise authorization).
2. fill out the return form. choose the "credit store" refund method.
3. securely pack the item(s) in the original box.
4. attach the return label that we will send you by email.
after we receive the items, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit store to be issued.
costs of return
we do not offer free on returns.
[PORTUGAL AND SPAIN] If you wish to use our return service, it costs 5€ and is carried out by the NACEX carrier.
[OTHER COUNTRIES] our return service is via DHL, fee on request via email. we will provide you with a return quote and shipping label, as well as an RMA (return merchandise authorization).

canceling an order
you can cancel any other order by sending an email to customer@cinco-store.com up to one hour after the order has been placed. just send us an email and the cancellation will be free of charge.
if cancellation is not possible, the products will be delivered to you, which you must refuse upon receipt. the products will be returned to us and your money will be refunded [only after we receive it].
canceling an order at sales
during discount campaigns, such as black friday, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed.
