HOW TO ADD A PERSONALIZED ILLUSTRATION?
STEP 1
when checking out, select the option "ADD A PERSONALIZED ILLUSTRATION". CINCO products in your order will be included in the illustration.
STEP 2
after placing your order, please send us a photo within one hour to the email customer@cinco-store.com. CINCO requires a photo of one (1) person or a maximum of two (2) people. group photos are not allowed.
STEP 3
the illustration will be sent to you at the same time as the other items in your order, though delays may apply.
STEP 4
please understand that the illustrations are works of art and are not open to any changes or discussions!
